Fiesta Wedding Reception {Eye Candy}

AHHHHHHH-mazing {wedding reception} to share with you all today! 

Eye Candy galore . . .SERIOUSLY! =) 

I had the honor of helping out with a very dear, dear client 

of mine {who happens to be my best friend} 

& she had me design & create the candy bar for her 

Mexican Fiesta wedding reception.  

We were also responsible for the invitations & of course . . . 

what's a party without one of our custom wedding card boxes'?! =)

What FUN that was to create! Oh yeah . . .  

{The invites} . .  .

she choose a vibrant orange & a nice soothing ocean blue

for her base colors  . . . and of course - she wanted a starfish!

the response cards  . . .

they we packaged all up in a nice folder-in envelope

& put a starfish sticker on the outside.

{The custom wedding card box} . .  .

I decided to put the card opening off center - to the side

for a different feel this time.

Accented in her base colors & of course the starfish.

 {The candy bar} . .  .

 

She & her husband went to Cancun back in September 

& had a beautiful beach wedding 

& decided to have the reception back here at a later date. 

So she wanted her reception to having the 'feel' of being very tropical 

with it being a very festive feel like they had in Cancun.

I believe they got EXACTLY what they wanted . .  .

classy yet fun . . . .tropical yet festive . . . enjoy the "eye candy"!

Spent the whole day helping a favorite client {who happens to be my bestie} 

set up for her wedding reception tomorrow. 

I designed the wedding card box, some of the decor & 

of course the CANDY BAR!

Thanksgiving {Printable} Collection - Ideas to Use at your Gatherings!

why hello there little gobblers! =)

 I am happy to share with you all the FUN I had styling & photographing our latest printable collection - the Thanksgiving collection for 2010 featuring who else . . . Mr. Inspiration

. . Mr. Gobbles himself!

The collection features a variety of printables to use at 

your gatherings this year!

I decided to go with a rich red & vibrant orange to keep it

earthly but added a bit of a plum to give it a little

different feel - add some POP!

The collection will come with :

 

1. Blank & Fill-In Invitation

2. Party Toppers -can be used as circles or as squares 

- your choice - you will receive 1 blank to add 

your own sayings & one with sayings 

- multiple uses: cupcake toppers, favor tags, 

drink markers, food labels, napkin ring accent, etc.

3. Thanks Cards -for everyone to write down what 

they are thankful for.

4. PlaceCards - for you to write in who's coming to dinner!**

As you can see the party toppers can be used a 

number of ways:

attach to a craft stick to label yummy food items, I used one 

below in as the center in the napkin flower. Also can be

used as an accent for your napkin wraps.

{Brownie Bliss} sign is one of the placecards - 

just use them for food labels as well!

 Use the giving 'thanks' cards to start a new holiday 

tradition! I love ideas that involve something that 

the whole family can participate in - and isn't  

that what Thanksgiving is really all about?! =)

 

Placecards can be customized with your family 

& guests names on them in your file -
