Today we are focusing on HALLOWEEN and creating some FUN with our Halloween decor. Have you started decorating yet? You probably have, but whether you have or not I have a treat for you today! I decided to design a FUN new art print for all of you to enjoy and wanted it to be a play on words and fun all at the same time. So this is what I came up with . . . BOO yah! What do you think?

Have you started decorating your mantels for Halloween yet? Mine is done for this year and I like to change mine up every year depending on my mood. Sometimes I want something a little more on the simple side like this black and white mantel but then other years I go all out with lots of fun decor! This print looks great framed in a white frame as well as a black one. I tried both colors and since I was going for mostly a 'black & white' theme, I chose the black, it just seemed to be more "halloween" than the white.

One of the things I look forward most to, in the fall, is having apple everything! Apples in the fall just taste better, they look better and they make for gorgeous party decor at a wedding or an event! You can find fall's apples in the bold bright reds or gorgeous shades of green! I absolutely LOVE the color red, so today's inspiration takes place in a bold red apple orchard with some amazing ideas to share with you!
  Using apples for placecards is the perfect idea, not only is it practical and cost effective, it's one of those favors that can be taken home with your guests and enjoyed at a later time. Carry a bouquet showcasing the colors on the surrounding trees . . .the oranges and reds, accent those flowers with some apples for a gorgeous themed bouquet. The deep red shade of this dress for your bridesmaids, will look fabulous on all of them and will be a 'go-to' dress they will want to wear over and over again. Serve up an apple-flavored signature cocktail or use apple slices in a sangria recipe for your guests to enjoy. Baskets of apples make a wonderful and practical centerpiece or use them to decorate a table, for a festive touch. Apple pie pops are such a fun item for your guests to discover on your dessert bar, not to mention delicious too. When researching places to have your reception, why not check to see if you have any local apple orchards that would be willing to host your event. Imagine the stunning photos you could capture at a place like that. This cake grabs your attention and is definitely a show stopper plus fits in well with the theme. Why not serve your guests a late night snack . . . mini caramel apple pops would be the perfect snack after a few hours of dancing.

Fall is in the air. The leaves are turning. Pumpkin spice is back and everyone loves the cooler temperatures. I love all the possibilities that having a fall wedding can bring. The themes are limitless . . . but today I am sharing some inspiration for having pumpkins as a possible theme for your next event.

Pumpkins with flowers or candles in them make for an inexpensive centerpiece. Etching table numbers on pumpkins is a great way to mark your guests tables. Create a memorable photo with the "I do" etched into a pumpkin. Don't forget to plan on a delicious cocktail to serve to your guests - this one has rum in it. ;) Can I have one now? lol

Fall is officially here and we are celebrating with a FABulous color scheme! I absolutely LOVE teal anything so pairing it with a mocha brown just makes a classy & elegant statement but keeps it fun and a little edgey! I want to plan a party just to use this color palette as it is delish!
Decorating doesn't have to be expensive or hard, use some fun tissue poms to decorate around your event as they are fun plus beautiful hanging from above. These macarons are sure to be a hit especially ones as gorgeous as this. You can have more than a main cake at your event or set up a dessert bar for your guests but add these macarons to the menu, for sure! This simple dress is perfect for a fall wedding even though it's short. Simply add a shawl in mocha to keep the chill off at night and depending on your theme, heels to cowboy boots would look great with it! Another simple decor item that is perfect for low budgets but is also functional is matching cocktail napkins. It gives just the right amount of pop you need at the bar or on tables to match your color scheme. Great accessories paired with the perfect dress is a must. What bride wouldn't love these earrings or this amazing handbag on their wedding day? Teal pumpkins . . .I am in love. Enough said. Gorgeous place settings will have your guests excited for your reception, a simple bow around napkins give a nice touch. This suit is the perfect attire for the men. Mocha suits with teal accessories for them will surely have them looking smashing.
