Chocolate Covered Pretzels
by Melissa
by Melissa
Hi, it’s Melissa back from My Party Passion! I wanted to show you in a quick photo
tutorial on how I made my “healthier” St. Patrick’s Day snacks for the
children’s celebration. If you missed my
post on my little Shamrock Party of
Three: you can check it out HERE.
For these sweet and salty treats you can use any pretzels
you have on hand. I liked using the original type because they remind me of
clovers or shamrocks with the three leaves.
I melted my chocolate in a double boiler on the
stove. I find using this Organic Dark Chocolate it needs to melt slower than
the microwave can provide.
Once melted, I dipped the pretzels in ½ way and then
sprinkled on some small rainbow sprinkles on some and some green sugar on
others.
Let them set and finish off with a cute bag with a
tag. These tags are from Laura’s Etsy
shop! Perfect for your St. Patty’s Day
celebration!
There you have it, pretty easy peasy!
Until next time – Party on Friends and Be Green!
