Welcome to 2017! That is CRAZY to even say that but it's so true! ;)
I hope your new year is off to a fabulous start and you are ready for the new year. Personally before I move onto a new year, I take the time to revisit my posts to see which ones ended up being the most popular. Hello there and welcome to AUGUST?! Wait a minute. August. For reals? I'm afraid so. 

We just got back from the longest and best vacation ever and I think that's why I can't believe it myself. School starts NEXT week and I will be sad to see my little go back as I love having her home.

Hello there and welcome to JULY! July? Seriously - did I really just say J-U-L-Y? Yikes this summer is flying by! Am I right or what? ;)

But at least I still have V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N to look forward to this month!!!! YAY! I am a little psyched as I am doing TWO vacations in one and will be gone for over 2 weeks so I am pretty excited to take some time off and relax, as this girl needs it sooooooo bad! No worries though as I have lots of fun posts to share and you will never know I'm gone, as I will pop in every couple days, while sitting on the beach (because that's how I am).

But before all of that happens, I need to finish up all of my work, including sharing what y'all were loving in June! Hello there and welcome to March! This month is bringing us SPRING & EASTER and all kinds of fun. Don't you just love this time of year, as there's so many bright colors, warmer weather and of course longer daylight- YAY!

Before we move on into March, let's take a quick look back and see what you all were checking out the most in February . . . from the looks of it, you all are loving the hand lettering which makes my heart so HAPPY as that is one of my main focuses this year! ;) You will see me transition in to my 'art roots' even more. It started a couple years ago with the hand lettering and is moving in to more of the artsy side of me and re-visiting all of those wonderful things I used to make more time for . . .painting, watercolor, illustrating and I will be bringing you along for the ride, as I am pretty excited for these simple changes. Oh by the way, I have had people comment on my hand lettering and say things like, 'I love those fonts you used - what are they?' To address that thought, I will let you know that they are NOT fonts but rather me exploring different ways to HAND letter type . . .  otherwise known as me drawing each letter into these pieces of art. I hope that clears up why I don't mention the fonts as they are not . . yet. ;)
