About Cakes And Kids - I started my company in January 2010 in an effort to make it easy for Mom's to make wonderful homemade cakes and cupcakes for their kids and have them look like they came from a bakery. My handmade fondant cake and cupcake toppers come in a large variety of designs to match any party theme.  I then expanded in August of 2011 to add a wonderful selection of party and baking supplies.  I left my day job in September 2011 to run Cakes And Kids full time and I am loving every minute of it.

Julie is the sweetheart behind both of these adorable companies & let me tell you from personal experience . . .she is such a PLEASURE to work with! I LOVE her products & currently use it for some of my packaging & let me tell you, even her packages are very professional when you receive them. This lady is one CLASS ACT & she has the best products & at great prices too! I wish I could order one of everything because everything is so much FUN!

1. Pretend YOU are a kid again . . . what toy you asking Santa for?? 

What else but an Easy-Bake Oven - I never had one as a child and definitely think I missed out :)
 

2. Favorite Christmas song? Step Into Christmas by Elton John

3. If you were a reindeer - which one would you be? And WHY? 

I think my husband would love for me to say VIXEN but I think I would be CUPID because I'm a true romantic at heart.

4. What is ONE tradition you do EVERY year that makes the holiday SPECIAL for you? We go out the day after Thanksgiving to the same tree lot every year and buy our big beautiful Christmas tree which sits in our front window so all who drive by can see it.
 

5. What does YOUR stocking look like? 

It is dark green velvet and has an embroidered Minnie Mouse on it :)

6. Favorite Christmas treat? 

My Mom's traditional English fruit Christmas Cake covered in a layer of marzipan and then royal icing....mmmm, yummy!
