Sweet & Salty Mix
by Kimberley
This year will be our second Father's Day
without my Dad. It is a bittersweet time because we miss him so much, but also
feel so grateful to celebrate Father's Day with my wonderful husband. My Dad
loved homemade treats any time of year, but Father's Day was always an
opportunity for me to create something new that he would love. My Dad inspired
many of the recipes for my business, including Rocky Road Marshmallows and
Peanut Brittle.
This year, I have a new recipe for my kids
to give my husband. It is a perfect blend of sweet and salty, nutty and
crunchy. You can customize it for your dad or husband and add in many different
flavors to make a unique gift. I love this for snacking or for serving
alongside cheese and fruit. I think my Dad would approve.

My
Mom gave me my first cookbook when I was six years old. I have been baking &
cooking ever since.
I specialize in artisan marshmallows & confections. I want to sell a product that I would feed my children. The ingredients are simple, often local, organic & fair trade as well.

I love making
marshmallows. Every single one. It brings me so much joy to create something
unique, tasty, and delightful.
