  Gold is still HOT right now and very much still on trend but one thing that is even hotter is rose gold or rose and gold together! Just think of it as gold with a twist! I personally like it better as I'm not a huge fan of gold anything (gasp!) so the rose gold is much better to look at in my opinion. ;)

  It's easy to incorporate the rose color into your signature cocktail as most wines have a blush or rose hue to them, so this one is perfect for your event. Cake toppers are one of the TOP 5 items that brides can forget about so make sure to remember this detail as it can add an amazing statement just like this laser cut 'bride to be' that would be perfect on a shower cake. Chose a word like 'love' or your initial of your last name for your reception cake. Wearing the perfect dress for the bridesmaids is key to having a cohesive look on the day of the wedding. Make sure to choose a dress that will compliment yours and fit in with your color scheme . . .this one is a complete knock out! This cake is perfect for a romantic themed event and the ruffles are very much a hot request at the moment with bakers. Having a simple favor for your guests doesn't have to be complicated, something as simple as pretzel rods dipped to match your wedding would be perfect and the gold glitter on top is the perfect touch! Your reception tables will stun your guests when they look as pulled together as these. Choose linens to match and tie in flowers for the centerpieces that match those found in your bouquet. Designate an area where guests can relax near the bar or perhaps even outside with a comfortable sitting area complete with matching pillows to create a relaxing environment that your guests will surely appreciate.

I can not believe we are looking at the beginning of August! It totally feels like this was the shortest summer ever, does anyone else feel this way? I hate that my daughter will be going back to school in just a little over a week but what can I do! We are gonna make sure to squeeze in as much fun as we can this week, that's what! ;)

  Summer is in full swing and I am sure you have gone to a wedding or two this summer already. Bright colors are H-O-T for summer and this marriage of these bold colors is no exception and I personally am LOVING them together! Orange and fuschia make for a fun event that brings a little sizzle.

 Candy in some form, available at the reception, makes for some fun with these lollipops done in your color scheme. Who wouldn't want to bring out their kid side? Make sure to choose a signature cocktail and mocktail that is as delicious as it is gorgeous! This cocktail with a fresh orange slice, regardless of what is in it, makes me want to head to the bar for one right now! ;) This dress is a stunner - perfect for the bridesmaids to wear or that perfect little dress to wear as a guest. Try adding a floral element as a cake topper to keep your modern cake design on the feminine side and create a look that is very modern chic. Adorn the tables with lots of flowers and fun shaped confetti in various shades of oranges and pinks to make the tables festive and fun! Also make sure to coordinate some amazing table number design with your theme to ensure your guests feel welcome and they know where to sit. They will appreciate it.

  Spring and summer is the perfect time to celebrate all things floral. Floral patterns, floral dresses, floral cakes . . . all of it! It's the perfect backdrop for outdoor events as florals can be found everywhere which makes planning an event around this theme super easy this time of year. Now would I recommend mixing all of these floral ideas together? Oh heavens no, but pair up a few floral items with a solid color from your color palette and you have one amazing event.

 
  Make sure to have plenty of straws on hand at the bar for your signature cocktails and mocktails, these striped and floral designs will look stunning in those tasty drinks! Dress up an area easily with some floral bunting as it turns an area into a well decorated area in a snap. Choose to have your guests enjoy their treats off of some gorgeous floral tableware. I love the small floral details on these. If you are looking for the perfect bridesmaids dress to coordinate with a floral garden wedding, this IS the one - I mean the colors, the design, it is seriously stunning! I love everything hand lettered and these table tents would be the perfect little accent on tables to let guests know what they are eating. Your cake should command the attention of the table and having one this gorgeous will surely do the trick! Add floral touches to a dusty blue color scheme like this chair for guests or the backing of this table number frame, set on the tables. Remember a little can go a long way.
